I posted this on the Kraft message board after not getting a reply to a similar "contact us" form. Maybe the power of the people will help pursuade Kraft to let us folks in the USA have some cool 'new' flavors.
Hi Kraft! How have you been? I wrote a few months ago, but never got a reply, so I wanted to sign in here and see what you have been up to in the past few months - maybe working on my last message? I hope so.
just in case you don't remember, I came back from visiting my Girlfriend in Coasta Rica last October and brought back with me a lot of Tang because I have never seen these flavors in the USA. I brought back:
They were great! I brought back about 50 packets and I am running low now. In my last letter I asked where in the USA I can get some - or - why you are giving Central America all the cool flavors and limiting the USA to just orange?
No disrespect to orange at all, I grew up in the city of Orange in Orange county, Ca; my dad packed oranges for Sunkist, and worked for the City of Orange Fire Department - where the fire trucks are.... red. (you thought I was going to say orange?)
So what's the deal, Kraft? Can I get some tasty Tang in all my favorite flavors without having to go to Central America? It's a pricy ticket down there. Maybe youd like to sponsor me to go back to Costa Rica and buy some more Tang? I saw on TV that you sponsored a yacht race in Austrailia (sorry about the boat sinking - bad luck on that, we may have been able to use the boat to bring me some tasty Tang in international flavors.) I have $600 for your products thanks to Uncle Sam - I just need to find a way to give you that money.
For those of you reading this - what flavors of Tang do YOU have available? I'm curious to see what Tangs are where - and maybe even set up an international Tang Exchange. What do you all think?
Kraft? Any comments? If so, please format them in an official corporate style answer.

Low and behold - Kraft fashioned a nice, friendly quasi corporate style reply to my inquiry.
---snip---
Hi Rich, Some of the flavors that you're looking for are not currently available in the United States.
By way of background, our company consists of independent operations outside the United States. Each company manufactures and markets products/flavors that appeal to the needs of the consumers in their area, so products/flavors that are sold in one country may not be available in others.
I'm sorry to disappoint you and I hope you'll continue to enjoy the many flavors of Tang currently available in the US.
Here is a link to the product page for Tang. Select the flavor and enter the zip code to find the grocery stores in your are that carry the product.
But should I let it rest there? Nah - I think I will go forward with a new Tang section in my on-line store here and see if I can start to distribute the tasty Tang flavors across the USA! Why settle for just orange or some other semi-fanciful flavors when we can get actual Tang in terrific flavors like Pear, Pineapple, Orange-Carrot, Orange Strawberry, Blackberry...
Stay Tuned.
